Soul of the woods

Soul of the Woods explores our relation to nature through the story of the metamorphosis of a tree in a guitar. I traveled with the American composer Anthony Glise to Italy to meet the luthier Giacomo Giussani who built Eldemar his guitar. He told me that the secret of the sound depends on the quality of the woods and invited me to discover the resonance wood in the forest of Panevegio. Anthony composed a piece based on the atomics structure of the woods and we created a surprising sound and visual installation in the Mosaic garden in France. 200000 people visited the parc during the presence of the installation.
